Swim Camps Monday-Friday:

Kids will spend approximately 50 minutes in the water learning swim skills, technique, water safety, and playing fun games. The cost per week is $200 for members, and $300 for non-members. Student to instructor ratio of 3 to 1.

Level 1: Water Acclamation 9-10am
This is a fun introduction for beginner swimmers with little experience in the water. The class is taught with a swim belt with the goal of teaching how to tread water for 10 seconds. Age range is typically 2-4.

Level 2: Water Movement 10-11am
This level is to comfortably remove the flotation device while practicing skill and stroke development. The goal is to learn to swim 15 feet front and back crawl without a flotation device and to tread water for 30 seconds. Age range is typically 3-5.

Level 3: Water Stamina 11am-12pm
This level is to build endurance and continue developing stroke technique, with a goal of swimming 35 feet of front and back crawl and to tread water for two minutes. Age range is typically 4-6.

Summer Squash Camps

Squash Only Camp weeks will run from 10am-3pm, there are options for doing full day, half day mornings, or half day afternoons.

The cost for these sessions are $500 members, and $600 non-members for full day 10am-3pm (pizza lunch included);

$350 members, and $400 non-members half day morning (10am-1pm);

$230 members, $260 non-members for half day afternoon (1pm-3pm).

 

Our squash camps are designed for FUN and are for players of all ages and abilities. For those starting out, it is a great introduction to the game!

For competitive players, we have goal-oriented, focused training sessions. We work on fitness training, stroke progression, and developing a personalized training program.
