Group Fitness Classes are launching at Monmouth Squash Club & Swim School!Our first rowing and aqua classes filled up, and we are excited to begin our group fitness classes on December 16th!Sign up before December 31st and get January FREE!To take advantage of this offer click here.Class lineup:

Row BootcampTotal body, low impact workout incorporating strength training, cardio intervals and core work.Row StrongRowing & Strength intervals combined for a total body strength & conditioning workout.Aqua BootcampAquatic Cardio intervals with strength, conditioning and core work for a low impact, but effective workout.Aqua IntervalsCombination of aquatic strength & resistance exercises with cardio intervals.

Unlimited Group Fitness Membership Pricing: 

$10 add-on to any existing membership

$45 monthly for Fitness Class-Only membership
