Dear members,
We are taking extra precautions to ensure that we keep the club germ-free. We would like to encourage all to stay at home if you’re sick, avoid handshakes, and wash your hands often. We are disinfecting door knobs and surfaces routinely, and have hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes out. Stay healthy, and stay fit!


Club Champs 2020

Join our 2020 squash club championships, for ALL levels, starting on March 21st with finals night on May 15th!
• The tournament is self-scheduling for the first 3 rounds. Click on the division you wish to sign up for:

Group Fitness Classes

Row Bootcamp – Wednesdays 6:30am
Total body, low impact workout incorporating strength training, cardio intervals and core work.

Row Strong – Tuesdays 11am
Rowing & Strength intervals combined for a total body strength & conditioning workout.

Aqua Bootcamp – Wednesdays 8am
Aquatic Cardio intervals with strength, conditioning and core work for a low impact, but effective workout.

Aqua Intervals – Thursdays 11:15am
Combination of aquatic strength & resistance exercises with cardio intervals.
